Invest in yourself.

Personal one-to-one therapy provides the opportunity to talk about a range of issues and concerns within a confidential and safe space.

During a session you'll be able to explore your thoughts and feelings as well as identify patterns of behaviours or reactions, to be able to to reflect and gain a deeper insight  into yourself and how you manage situations.

This may also give you the opportunity to understand the motivations of others and help with strengthening your relationships.

One-to-one therapy is an opportunity to unlock the answers within yourself.

Whether you want to make changes in your life, deal with anxiety or depression or compulsive behaviours, there are different types of therapy which may suit you.

Before beginning therapy you will have the opportunity for an introductory  session. This is an opportunity to meet the therapist, discuss what you hope to achieve from the sessions as well as any experience or questions you would like to ask. If you are happy to continue and book a series of therapy sessions, your therapist will show you a contract which is terms and conditions to show how they will provide their service. This contract helps to show what to expect and what you can expect from your therapist. This is an opportunity to make sure you feel comfortable with your therapist.
